Here's a list of some of the work carried out on the house:

• Stone roof lifted and re-laid. New beams replaced, where required. Waterproof lining fitted. Full insulation of the roof space.
• A complete rewire of 220 Volt electrical system and a partial upgrade of existing three-phase electrical system. 
• Old plumbing completely replaced and new additional plumbing installed and new foul drains fitted.
• Five wet-room bathrooms created, plus utility room. All fully tiled with matching floor and wall tiles.
• New wooden ceilings and floors fitted on the third floor.
• New hand made external doors created and fitted where required.
• Full treatment against wood beetle infestation. 
• All external walls, where required, have been insulated and rendered.
• Below ground level insulation and waterproofing where required.
• Garden landscaped and seeded with rye grass.
• External garden lights fitted to emphasise the beauty of the house.
• New two metre high garden stone wall built.
• New access road constructed.
